We are pleased to welcome Dwight Clarke to the Holding Company Board. Dwight is a Director of our Bank’s Board, and we now look forward to his guidance and valuable contributions to both the Bank and Bay Banks Boards. I cannot say enough about the value Doug Jenkins brings to our entire organization. He is the epitome of a community banker; and his knowledge of banking, his professionalism and his character make him a valuable part of our Bay Banks’ team. As I reported at the Annual Meeting, our Directors and our management team are energized and motivated; they are some of the best people I have ever worked with and it gives me a great deal of pleasure to announce these new roles Dwight and Doug will hold in our organization. I am excited about the future of Bay Banks, Bank of Lancaster and Bay Trust Company.”
